We recently got a chance to do the hair and makeup on the 2011 lookbook with the girls of Smoke & Mirrors. The duo originally met while attending Otis College of Art & Design in the late 1990’s. After Michelle launched two collections on her own and decided to move to New York & Emily became a contestant on Bravo’s 5th season of “Project Runway,” the friends decided to join forces. In the Fall of 2007, the girls launched their first women’s designer contemporary collection under the name,  Smoke & Mirrors. Ranging from bold colors to soft neutrals, to graphics and prints, these easy to wear playful pieces translate into must haves each season.
