• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
I started TEAM Inc. while in college as a way to pay for my education. I thought for sure I was law school bound, instead I fell in love with bridal styling and 20+ years later, I can still say, I have my dream job. My most memorable experiences are rooted in the sense of gratitude we receive from our brides. There’s no better feeling than the feeling of being appreciated.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
Each wedding is different, seeing how happy brides are to be marrying the person of their dreams comes with a sense of positivity, hope, and grace I can’t even begin to explain.

• What is your favorite product?
I feel like it changes every month! Currently my go to product is Armani Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury foundations. As a makeup artist my goal is to make skin look as natural as possible regardless of the coverage needed. For hair, well that’s a trade secret.

• What’s your hidden talent?
The ability to listen to my intuition. Learning to listen to my instinct has taken a lifetime and it’s guided me every step of the way.

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
I’ve been doing bridal styling for over 6 years it’s been the best job I’ve ever had! Some of my favorite experiences have been when traveling. Being a part of weddings in Mexico, Georgia. and anything local at San Ysidro Ranch is always a wedding to remember.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
I love how each wedding is different. Different locations, people, and vendors. There’s never a dull moment seeing our brides happy and excited is a bonus.

• What is your favorite product?
For hair, I love a good Dry Texture Spray! Adding texture to the hair allows for the volume and beauty of each style to be long lasting while looking effortless. For makeup, the skin is the most important for me. Using cream blushes and cream bronzers are my favorite. I love how they look and feel on the skin.

• What’s your hidden talent?
I’m kind of a big deal at my jazzercise class. Ha!

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
My favorite experience is anytime I get tears of joy! When my Brides see their hair and makeup on their wedding day and I see how happy they are, it gives me a deep sense of gratitude.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
Being around for the bride, friends and relatives who are a having a blast. It’s an amazing feeling when you can help somebody look and feel their best.

• What is your favorite product?
MAC and Armani’s luminous primer/moisturizer. Whether I mix it into the foundation or layer it on top it gives the skin a natural long lasting finish.

• What’s your hidden talent?
Video editing and photography. Many of the BTS you see on our TEAM Instagram I did! I love sharing what we do.

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
Being able to travel is always the best experience! Traveling with TEAM to places such as Hawaii, Montana and New York is definitely one for the books.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
I love just getting all the girls and boys ready for their special day and making it as easy and comforting as possible. Just to see them sooo happy and excited is definitely the biggest reward.

• What is your favorite product?
My favorite product is cream contour by Bobbi Brown. It just melts into the skin and creates dimension to the face. Also you cant have contour without highlighting! I love the ones by Makeup forever. For hair, Kenra sprays are a go to for our brides getting married near the ocean. It’s the best anti-humidifying sprays out there!

• What’s your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is definitely applying eyeliner in countless styles and to all eye shapes and sizes. I can do it with my eyes closed! Making the eyes pop and giving an enhanced look for all things natural and glam is always my goal.

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
All the weddings we do are beautiful. The amount of detail in each bride’s look and day-of timeline really shows.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
Being in the office I have the pleasure of meeting many of our brides and be a part of planning and logistics. I get to see the behind the scenes at the trials and be involved in much of the communication. As part of TEAM’s styling staff I get to do some of the styling for their friends and families on the wedding day.

• What is your favorite product?
My favorite products are the ones which reduce frizz in the hair. We have a secret product we use and we start many of our hairstyles with this. I’m also a big fan of the T3 wand. It heats up fast and allows for just about any type of wave or curl.

• What’s your hidden talent?
I love being creative in the kitchen! I make all of my lunches and my co-workers are always asking me for recipes, but they’re usually meals I’ve made up on the spot!

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
My favorite experience will always be the big impact we make as artists for our bride’s special day!

• What do you love about doing weddings?
I love to be a part of our weddings because it’s a special occasion and it all gets captured in beautiful photos for the bride’s forever memories!

• What is your favorite product?
My favorite products, are definitely the Boscio exfoliating gel and love the brand LA ROCHE POSAY face moisturizer!

• What’s your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is the ability to make beautiful and immediate connections with everyone who sits in my chair. Not only will you feel extra pretty but you will also gain a boost of confidence.

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
I work closely with our director on planning and scheduling. I help track our events to ensure each one goes off without a hitch! I enjoy communication with our clients and being the first to meet many of our brides when they come in for their trial.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
Seeing the photos after the weddings and being able to recognize our teams individual work is so fun! I enjoy the wedding day stories and seeing all the behind the scenes photos from our team.

• What is your favorite product?
Skincare is a passion and right now I’m loving Superfood Air Whip moisturizer by Youth to the People. It has the best clean ingredients.

• What’s your hidden talent?
I have an eye for vintage clothing. I’ve been collecting items for years!

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
I love bonding with the other stylists and seeing the creativity the TEAM brings. We all do things a little differently and the end result is always so pretty.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
I love the whole process! Seeing the bridesmaids excited for the bride always warms my heart. Knowing we have a little something to do with how confident everyone feels is an amazing feeling.

• What is your favorite product?
My go to product is MAC Soft Gentle Highlight. It can be applied in a subtle or dramatic way. Giving the skin a soft glow is a must!

• What’s your hidden talent?
I love to cook! I make everything from scratch and seeing my family enjoy the food is priceless.

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
My favorite experience is always when we’re working at locations in the Santa Ynez valley. It’s so stunning out there. All the weddings seem to have a natural element to them.

• What do you love about doing weddings?
A wedding can be composed of so many emotions. While laughter, and maybe happy tears are shared, I’m busy making sure whoever’s hair I’m styling feels comfortable and leaves my chair feeling like a million bucks inside and out.

• What is your favorite product?
My favorite product is a texture spray. I use two different types of texture products the most. Redkin wax blast which provides moisture to tame flyaways but also sets up beautiful definition in the hair.

• What’s your hidden talent?
Something you might not know about me is that I love to plan. I’m my friends and family’s travel agent and party planner. Ambience and details are key!

• What has been your favorite experience working with TEAM?
My favorite experience to date was when we did a recent wedding in Big Sur, CA. Working with our team and seeing locals reactions when we arrive all in black and ready to go was so fun! All the locations we get to go to are always the best!

• What do you love about doing weddings?
Working on people who are truly happy and feeling good on one of the most unforgettable days is something I always look forward to.

• What is your favorite product?
Favorite product is Cali Contour Pallet by Smashbox. It’s my go to for natural looking bronzy makeup looks.

• What’s your hidden talent?
I’m known in my family as the salsa queen! I make several different kinds and it’s always fresh! It’s a big hit every year at our TEAM Christmas party.
