Your experience with TEAM begins by reaching out through our CONNECT page or by calling our office. We recommend reserving your date as early as possible. Most wedding dates are secured 4–8 months in advance, while weekday elopements can often be arranged 3–12 weeks out, based on availability.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, and all inquiries are thoughtfully reviewed during business hours. Messages received over the weekend are given priority and responded to on Monday. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and during peak wedding season, you can expect a response within 48 hours.

For brides who prefer a more personal touch, we also offer Zoom consultations Monday through Thursday. Our inquiry form will ask for a few key details—your date, location, estimated service count, and planner and photographer information—so we can thoughtfully review timing and availability. Once received, we’ll share our availability, pricing, and next steps for booking.

Step 2: THE BEAUTY TRIAL

Whether held at our private Santa Barbara studio or on location for our out-of-state and international brides, the beauty trial is an essential and highly personalized part of the TEAM experience.

Prior to your trial, we’ll ask for inspiration images so our Director can carefully review your vision and thoughtfully pair you with the ideal team. Your session begins with a relaxed consultation where we discuss your overall aesthetic, daily beauty routine, and any specific preferences or concerns.

We begin hair with professional anti-frizz and humidity-resistant products chosen for longevity. For makeup, your skin is prepped with a calming mask, eye patches, and a gentle Gua Sha massage, followed by customized skincare and makeup application.

Trials are booked in three-hour sessions, allowing time for refinement, adjustments, or multiple looks. Each look is photographed and shared with you in a curated collage within 48–72 hours. We welcome your feedback and ensure any final notes are documented. The same team from your trial is guaranteed for your wedding day, creating continuity and ease.

For brides who choose not to schedule a trial, we strongly recommend a Zoom consultation with our Director so we can fully understand your vision and match you with the perfect team.

Step 3: SEAMLESS COMMUNICATION

Clear, open communication is at the heart of our process. From booking through your wedding day, our office team remains fully available to both you and your planner.

We collaborate closely to confirm your timeline, service counts, touch-ups, and any look changes. Once details are finalized, we create a personalized beauty schedule tailored to your day. This schedule is sent 2–3 weeks prior to the wedding, ensuring everyone feels confident and prepared.

Step 4: THE DETAILS

To make booking effortless, we provide a streamlined online contract. A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and team. Service minimums are based on availability, timing, and seasonal demand, and we accommodate both weekday and weekend events.

Once your contract and retainer are complete, you’ll receive a detailed beauty confirmation outlining all services and logistics. We understand that plans evolve, and we happily accommodate added services, location changes, or additional event requests up to 30 days prior to the wedding. Any updates are followed by a revised confirmation so everything remains clear and organized.

All TEAM wedding parties are carefully scheduled to be completed within a 3–4 hour window, with an appropriate number of artists reserved at the time of booking to ensure a relaxed, efficient experience.

Step 5: YOUR WEDDING DAY

On the day of your wedding, our TEAM arrives 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up and be fully ready. We bring everything needed for a seamless experience—professional chairs, lighting, and a complete kit of high-end hair and makeup products.

We also offer our exclusive hair extension line for added length or volume, if desired. Your beauty schedule begins promptly with a balanced number of artists to clients, ensuring a calm and unrushed flow.

Before we depart, we complete our signature “last looks”, carefully checking each client to ensure every detail is flawless and you feel confident, polished, and ready for the moment ahead.
