This romantic Santa Ynez, California nuptial was featured on The Knot and we think you’ll fall in love with the ambience and blushing goodness. From the feature: “Erin DiAngelis and Andrey Antonov chose Kestrel Park in Santa Ynez, California, for their wedding because the venue is “like an English garden fairytale setting, which perfectly matched the classy, timeless and romantic vibe I was going for,” says Erin. “My bridesmaids were in different shades of pink and blush—I let them choose the style they wanted and the shade. The groomsmen wore black and everything had a soft and sweet outdoor garden feel. We also incorporated a few Ukrainian traditions since that’s where my husband is from.” Ultimately, the couple wanted a wedding that felt classic, refined and filled with romance—a vision they successfully brought to life with the help of ample flower arrangements and a feminine blush-and-cream color palette.”

A Couple’s Romantic Getaway Turned Wedding Destination in Santa Barbara, California

Santa Barbara, California has long been a destination hotspot for all things weddings. We should know… TEAM is headquartered here; having styled a myriad of bridal parties in this magical town nestled between the sunglint ocean and the majestic mountains. So we get that Heather + Peter, with a history of traveling to this neck of the woods for getaways, chose to also make it part of their wedding day story.

It didn’t take long after Heather and Peter met to fall in love… They knew they wanted to get married in Santa Barbara (one of their favorite getaway spots) which would also be a wonderful holiday destination for their families traveling from New York and the Mid-West in the late fall. They had originally thought about a vineyard wedding but the moment they walked into El Encanto, they knew it was the place for them. It was the perfect balance of romance and elegance that they wanted for their wedding day.

Sun and Sky Wedding Palette Featured on Style Me Pretty

How can one possibly recreate the sun and the sky for a starring role into a wedding color palette? These images with notes of peach, light blue, and hints of sea foam, photographed by Jose Villa, show you just how it’s done. Joy Proctor shares the inspiration behind Paola and Jon’s exquisite Sunstone Winery wedding…

Paola was inspired by the natural beauty of the Sunstone Villa and chose a color palette of warm sunset tones of peach and light blue to compliment it… A large wooden board with light blue seating charts greeted guests as they made their way into the reception on the lawn. Guests sat at wooden tables covered in lush floral arrangements with beautiful hand dyed sea foam runners.
